WhatsApp campaigns

Know the cost before you send

Your Unit plan covers access to the workspace. WhatsApp broadcasts have a separate Unit wallet fee, shown with the recipient count in the campaign composer before you confirm. Meta bills its own message fee directly to your WhatsApp Business Account.

For Ghana recipients, marketing templates are GH₵0.10 per recipient; utility and authentication templates are GH₵0.02. Other countries have different rates. The composer shows your exact Unit quote.

Meta message fee

Meta sets this by message category and the recipient's country. It appears on your Meta WhatsApp billing account and is separate from your Unit quote.

Delivery results

An approved template permits a send, but delivery can still fail for an individual recipient. Check sent, delivered, read and failed results in Campaigns.

Rates can change. Your confirmation screen is the current Unit price. Make sure the connected WhatsApp account has a Meta payment method.

What is Unit?

How does the free month work?

Sign up and try Unit free for 30 days with up to 2 social accounts. Some usage limits apply during the trial. At the end of the month, pick a plan or stay on the Free plan.

Which platforms does Unit work with?

Can I upload once and post everywhere?

Yes. Create one post, choose your channels and publish now or schedule it. Change the caption or format for any channel when you need to.

Will Unit AI post or reply without me?

Only if you switch that on. Unit AI shows you a preview of every post and plan and waits for you to confirm. Automatic replies to DMs and comments are your choice.

What can Unit AI do for me?

Unit AI writes captions, plans your content, replies to customers using your products and prices, and answers questions about your business, like how many orders are pending or which post did best, with a button that takes you to the right page.
